The Unitarian Universalist Community of the Mountains, a progressive, theologically diverse congregation of approximately 140 members is seeking a part-time Office Administrator. The church is located at the corner of Church and Walsh streets, a few blocks from downtown Grass Valley.

The Office Administrator provides general executive support to the Minister and is responsible for a broad variety of administrative tasks with minimal guidance, including office management and reception, facility scheduling and rentals, database/records management and communications. The Office Administrator is supervised by the Minister and works closely with UUCM staff and leadership.

This position offered is 18 hours per week at $16-18 per hour, depending on skill sets and levels.

Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis. Ideally the Office Administrator will begin work no later than Monday, March 19.
