Our mid-year Community Business Meeting will be held on Sunday, February 15th at 1:00 PM after the second Sunday service. Members can sign in and receive their voting cards beginning at 12:30 PM. Agenda items can be found on our Board Reports & Documents page.
IMPORTANT: Our bylaws require a quorum of twenty percent (20%) of the Community’s total membership who are qualified to vote and present at the meeting. This means that we need 27 UUCM members to attend in-person or online. To be eligible to vote, you must have signed the book at least 30 days before this meeting.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, either in-person or by Zoom, you may designate a proxy vote on your behalf. Click here to print and sign the form to designate your proxy to vote. Please have your proxy bring the signed form to the meeting so they can receive a Proxy Voting card in addition to their Membership Voting Card. If your Proxy is attending on Zoom, make sure to give them the form to show the Secretary before the meeting begins.
