We are calling drivers, lifters, loaders, Tetris-master trunk packers, and relay team champs: Come and help us move boxes to our new home at Squirrel Creek!
We welcome trucks, vans, and cars to transport packed boxes from the Church Street Garages to Squirrel Creek’s Social Hall. Loading from School Street is on mostly level ground. We need a few strong-legged, sure-footed volunteers to tote some things down stairs and out to cars on Walsh Street.
Is UNboxing more your style? Meet at Squirrel Creek to help unload truck and trunk contents into the Social Hall where boxes will be carefully staged and organized until the movers bring in the furniture… stay tuned for The Great Box Moving Day #2: “The last few yards” when we’ll transport boxes into their future rooms!
Whether you can drive your pickup, carry and load boxes at Church St, or unload and sort boxes at Squirrel Creek, your help will be greatly appreciated!
It takes a village, even small efforts make a difference, and the more helping hands (and truck beds and trunks and dollies) we have, the easier and faster this church will move!
