Color Me Human is hosting quarterly potlucks at UUCM for black, indigenous, people of color (BIPOC) and allies. A chance to share a meal and build community!
Date: Friday, July 18, 2025
Time: 5:00pm
Location: Unitarian Universalist Community of the Mountains
246 S. Church St., Grass Valley
From Color Me Human:
We’re living in a time that asks a lot of us—and we know you’re holding so much. That’s why we’re inviting you to gather around the table for a community potluck where we can exhale together and reflect on the theme:
What’s your worry? What’s your joy?
Bring a dish, bring a friend, bring your full self. We’ll share a meal, speak from the heart, and hold space for each other’s truths—both the tender and the triumphant.
Whether your joy lives in a sunrise or a song, and your worry lingers close or far away—this is a space where it belongs.
🍲 Potluck Details:
• Please bring a dish to share (homemade or store-bought—no judgment!)
• Plates, utensils, and drinks provided
• Kids are welcome!
• Got time to help set up or clean up? Let us know—many hands make light work.
💛 All are welcome!
No RSVP needed. Just come.
Because gathering is resistance. And joy is an act of power.
