Our December Share the Plate recipient is Hospitality House, whose mission statement is to bring homeless people in Nevada County into a circle of community caring that offers shelter, sustenance, medical advocacy, opportunity, dignity, and hope as they are assisted in transitioning from homelessness to housing. UUCM members have long been active in supporting Hospitality House, including the UUCM dinner crew which purchases, prepares, and serves dinner to their guests on the third and fifth Fridays of every month.
