There’s no better way to awaken than to the aroma of freshly baked bread – warm and delicious with lots of the very best ingredients combined to bring out the best in each. UUCM is like that too. Join us this Sunday to consider how each of us brings our unique selves as a critical ingredient to everything we create together.
With Daylight Savings Time, morning comes earlier these days, almost to alert us to this month’s theme: Awakening. Join us this morning as we Awaken to the Fabric We Weave Together and introduce and welcome new members who have joined UUCM since the beginning of the pandemic.
“All are architects of fate, working in these walls of time,” wrote Longfellow. The religious tradition we inherited and call home is always a work in progress. Perhaps especially now. We continue to renovate this spiritual abode in our time, drawing on our skills and gifts, and using the materials at hand. Are you a brick layer? A roofer? A painter? A carpenter? A plumber? Someone who sews the seat cushions and curtains, or someone who landscapes the entry?
An experiential service in which we celebrate the renewal of faith as reflected in the return of Spring, lifting up hope and the beauty all around us on the eve of the equinox.
Exactly two years after a novel virus turned our lives inside out and outside in, we take time to grieve together in the spirit of a memorial service – to acknowledge, name, witness, and honor our accumulating grief and the many types of losses we’ve borne.
Come celebrate, restore, re-find and refine your faith in the heart and possibility of this UU Community of the Mountains, even as we seek to hold onto our faith in humanity.

As Grace, Jeff, and Rev. Kevin explored the theme of “widening the circle,” they kept being drawn back to the awareness that expanding the edges of our circle outward is most possible, perhaps only possible, when we stay rooted in or connected to the center. Or is it that expanding the edges of our circle ultimately leads us into our center?
Come, celebrate our connection to Unitarian Universalists far beyond UUCM in this embodied, engaging, multi-gen on-line worship service focusing on a parable of interdependence and unity. We joined congregations all over the western third of the United States, plus Alaska and Hawaii.
